About Us
Patinology is run by David Edwards, a craftsman trained and highly experienced in furniture restoration and sales. David has had a lifelong passion for design in general and furniture in particular.
Based in a beautiful barn workshop, Patinology is situated in the heart of the South Downs National Park.
We offer for sale a curated selection of carefully restored Mid-century, Art Deco and Arts and Crafts furniture and lighting via our website and in our Showroom at The Old Cinema, Chiswick, London. We restore all the pieces that we offer for sale ourselves. Viewings are available by appointment at our barn workshop in Sussex.
Every piece in David's collection has been chosen with an expert eye and restored to the highest standard. David has an eye for detail and an instinct for the sympathetic restoration of furniture of all periods.
